Workflow & Payment Protection

From sent case to released payment — see exactly where you stand.

Every case on CadCam Masters moves through the same protected flow. Pick your side to see the steps that apply to you.

This updates the steps and details on this page — it doesn't take you anywhere else.

01

Browse & choose

Compare listings by software, technique, pricing and reviews to find the right designer for the case.

02

Send the case & fund payment

Attach files and instructions, then confirm payment. The amount is authorized and held — not charged yet.

03

Designer accepts

Once accepted, work begins. You can still cancel free of charge before this point.

04

Track it in one thread

Files, instructions and revisions all live in the case conversation — nothing in your inbox.

05

Approve & release payment

Mark the case complete when you're satisfied. That's the moment the designer actually gets paid.

01

List your services

Create a profile and list your services: software, specialty, pricing and turnaround time.

02

Receive cases

A client sends a case with files and instructions already attached. Accept or decline it.

03

Deliver the work

Design, upload and hand off inside the same thread the client used to send the case.

04

Client reviews it

They check the result. If something's off, you'll get a revision request before anything else.

05

Get paid

Once your client approves, payment is released to you. Funds typically reach your account within 7 days.

If you need a case fast

01

Post a rush case

Add the case specs, your deadline and the work category. No need to pick a listing first.

02

Choose who sees it

All designers available for rush, Pro / Expert / Master only, or just your favourites. At least two must be eligible.

03

Confirm the price

We suggest one: the average for this restoration type plus a rush premium. Edit it if you like. Nothing is charged yet.

04

First designer to accept gets it

Eligible designers are notified at once. Watch the 30-minute countdown on your My Rush Cases page.

05

Pay & continue in My Cases

You're charged only once a designer accepts, into escrow as usual. From there it works like any other case.

If you're a designer

01

Rush is on by default

Every designer can receive rush cases from day one. Switch it off in your settings anytime.

02

Pick your categories

Tick the categories you want rush cases for. You're only alerted for the work you actually do.

03

Get notified, or go looking

New rush cases arrive as notifications. Missed one? The Open Rush Cases page lists everything you're eligible for.

04

Be first to accept

The case locks to you the instant you press Accept. Speed decides it, not reviews or badges.

05

Attach a listing & start

It attaches to your listing marked "Can be used for Rush Cases". No such listing yet? Pick or create one to continue.

Not what you expected?

Ask for a revision before approving, or open a dispute — your payment stays protected and our team steps in.

Not a shortcut around the normal flow.

Rush cases carry a 15–20% premium and always go to at least two designers. Use them when a case is genuinely urgent.

Trust Layer

Protected at every status, the whole way through.

Nothing is charged until a designer says yes.

Funds stay protected from the moment you send a case until the moment you approve it.

Payment is secured before you even start working, and released the instant your client approves.

A rush case costs nothing until someone accepts it. From then on it's protected by the same escrow as every other case.

Nobody accepts in time

You're notified and can raise the price, widen the pool, or both, then resend. We never widen your pool without asking, and retrying costs nothing.

Accepted, but no listing attached

If the designer doesn't finish attaching a listing in time, the case goes back to the pool so another designer can take it.

Why It's Safe

Built on one principle: you're always in control.

Built on one principle: you should never lose money on a case.

Fast, without giving up control.

Four reasons our clients keep coming back.

You choose who works on your case

Browse portfolios, read reviews and filter by software. You're never assigned a random designer from a pool.

Private & encrypted

Patient files are stored in your own secure space, HIPAA-compliant and accessible only to you and the designer on the case.

Full revision history in one place

Every instruction, file and change request lives in the case thread — nothing gets lost in email chains.

Build the team that knows your work

Save favourite designers, create private listings, and develop working relationships that get better with every case.

Payment protection

Payment is authorized upfront and only charged once the client marks the case complete.

Auto-complete safeguard

If a client doesn't review in time, the case is marked complete automatically after 30 days — and payment is released.

A real dispute process

If a case goes wrong, the resolution center reviews it and decides — not a help-desk ticket lost in a queue.

Private & encrypted

Patient files are stored in your own secure space, encrypted and accessible only to you and the designer on the case.

Nothing charged before acceptance

You pay only once a designer accepts. If nobody does, the rush case costs you nothing.

You choose the pool

All rush designers, Pro / Expert / Master only, or your favourites. We never widen it without asking you first.

Transparent rush pricing

The suggested price is the average for this restoration type plus a clear rush premium, and you can edit it.

A fair shot for newer designers

Rush cases go to whoever is available and responds first, not to whoever has the most reviews.

Who Benefits

Built for every shape of dental practice.

Digital dentistry doctors

Delegate the planning phase without skipping it — spend that time with patients instead.

Orthodontists

Offer in-office clear aligners without hiring a full-time ortho planning specialist.

Solo techs & small labs

Outsource overflow design work so backlogs don't pile up — keep your team on QC and finishing.

Large labs

Add capacity during peak demand without growing headcount or sacrificing quality.

Relationships, not one-off gigs

Build your own remote team.

Just design. We handle the money.

Urgent today. Your team tomorrow.

Work with the same designer every time. Save favorites, agree on a private listing with your own pricing, and build the kind of relationship where they already know how you like a case finished.

Billing, invoicing and international payment collection are all automated. You focus on the case in front of you — not on chasing payments or doing tax admin between clients.

Once accepted and paid, a rush case moves to My Cases and works like any other: same thread, same escrow, same delivery. Liked the designer? Save them as a favourite and send your next rush case to favourites only.
