The image presents a clinical photographic sequence of an aesthetic and functional anterior dental rehabilitation performed using an indirect composite resin technique, planned via digital wax-up and verified with an intraoral mock-up.

Digital Waxup

A digital wax-up case designed in Exocad for the upper anterior zone. I focused on natural proportions between the central and lateral incisors, a harmonious incisal line, and fine texturing of the buccal surfaces, with developmental lines and convexities that give a realistic look. The interproximal contacts are well defined, and the cervical margins are adapted to the model. A wax-up like this can be used for planning veneers or crowns, for a mock-up, or for a silicone key, so you can see the final result before treatment begins.
