Full mouth diagnostic wax up for treatment planning and provisionalization. Please provide detailed case goals, aesthetic hopes and as many photos as possible. For cases with a vertical shift, bite records ideally will reflect ideal restorative position and not the current MIP bite.

Many FMR cases have pts who need to better understand the need for a full mouth approach. As necessary to assist pt communication, I’ll design 2 different approaches. What the pt thinks is needed vs what would be the most impactful on their dental health. additional additive wax up for pre-op intra oral mock up are included if requested

If prep design suggestions are needed, I will recommend tooth by tooth margin placement/reduction needs for future ceramics.
